Christmas Decoration Workshops - Nursery and Reception

We would like to invite parents and carers to come into school on Monday 28 November to work alongside their children to make Christmas decorations.  There will be two activities taking place as follows:

 

  1. Rainbow Pottery Painting will be in school with a selection of blank pottery to be decorated – see the attached order form.  If you would like to participate in this activity please complete and return the order form to school by Friday 18 November 2016 along with your payment (cash or cheque to Rainbow Pottery Painting Limited or you can tick the box on the order form to confirm you have paid online).   

 

  1. We would also like to invite parents/carers to work alongside their child to make other Christmas decorations and we will use some of these to decorate the Nursery and Reception class Christmas trees at St Andrew’s Church.

 

So that we can accommodate everyone comfortably in the classroom, we will have to limit this to one parent or other family member (grandparent/aunt/uncle) attending for each child.  Please return the reply slip below by Friday 18 November  to let us know if you will be able to come along – this will help us make provision for someone to work alongside any children who don’t have a family member able to attend. 

 

Timings and Arrival Arrangements:

 

Nursery - 9.00am to 11.15am – please come into nursery with your child – we will have a signing in sheet available in nursery.  The end time is for guidance only – you don’t have to stay for the full session.

 

Reception – 1.00 to 3.00pm - Parents/carers should enter school via the school office so that they can be signed in.
