Valentine’s Day School Disco and Party Games
Tuesday 14 February 2017 – 3.00-4.30pm
We will hold a school disco and party games fundraiser event on Tuesday 14 February (3.00-4.30pm).
If your child would like to attend please complete and return the reply slip on the letter posted above along with your payment by Friday 10 February. We won’t allocate tickets for the event – teachers will be given a checklist so they know who will be attending from their class. Tickets are priced at £4.00 or you can purchase a family ticket (up to 2 children) for £7.00.
There will be lots of loud music for the children to dance to and we’ll also play party games. The ticket price will include refreshments – juice and ice lollies during the disco and a bag of sweets to take home.
There will be an opportunity for children to have a temporary tattoo applied if they choose to. We will also have a quiet area for anyone who needs a little respite from the noise!
Can you help out!
We would be very grateful for parent helpers at this event. We need help with
- playing music
- dancing with the children
- applying tattoos
- serving juice

Going Home Arrangements
If your child is not attending this event, they should be collected from the school yard at the usual time of 3.00pm. If your child is attending, they will be brought out onto the yard at 4.30pm to be collected by parents/carers. Teachers will dismiss in the normal way.
Clothes
The children can bring clothes to change into at 3.00pm. Please ensure they are in a named bag that they can then put their uniform in to bring home at the end of the disco.
