Zoolab Workshops - Nursery, Reception, Y2 and Y4

11th May 2016

Zoolab Visit – Nursery and Reception – Wednesday 11 May 2016

Early Years are currently learning about ‘creepy crawlies’ and to link in with our topic we have arranged for Zoolab to come into school on Wednesday 11 May to run workshops with the children.  They will be finding out what a minibeast is, what they have inside them, how are our bodies like/unlike theirs….and lots more!

We are very excited that they will be bringing a variety of ‘minibeasts’ for us to look at and touch including a giant millipede, giant snail, cockroaches and a tarantula!

Zoolab Visit – Year 2 and Year 4 – Wednesday 11 May 2016

Zoolab will also run workshops with our Year 2 and Year 4 children.  The workshops will link to topics being covered by the children during the second half of the summer term as follows:

Year 2 – Animals including humans

Year 4 – All living things

Year 2's workshop will cover how our bodies move and the Year 4 workshop will cover habitats.

Zoolab will also bring along a variety of creatures for us to look at and touch.
