We started our topic by looking at animals that are Carnivores, Omnivores and Herbirvores

Art - Stone Age art work

We have designed and created some Stone Age art work using clay. Year 3 have taken their inspiration from the artist Alison Dearborn.

Computing - We have started to create moving scenes through coding on purple mash

Commando Joe's - Ed Stafford and his mission to walk the length of the Amazon River

Commando Joe's - one of our final missions was to retrieve lost equipment from a ravine. Groups had to work as a team to retrieve each item with only ropes.

Design and Technology - Our topic this half term was to create a healthy, balanced meal. We tied this in with Commando Joe's and created a meal that would give our bodies what it needed to complete our next mission. We also really enjoyed eating them!

RE - Sikism - Year 3 enjoyed thier trip to the Gurdwara to extend our learning on Sikhism.

Rainbow Day - Our families - Year 3 discussed who we live with and how families are all different.

Stem Fortnight - Star Wars
